Quality Policy

I.M.C. Engineering recognises that quality is the fundamental factor when it comes to customer satisfaction, which in turn is necessary for further growth and successful operations. This is the basis for the following Quality Policy.

Our Mission is:

  • to provide comprehensive, professional and ethical services for our Customers,
  • to help and provide technical advice optimised to the individual needs,
  • to maintain the reputation of a reliable partner, ensuring full compliance with legal and work safety requirements.

We achieve these goals through:

  • ongoing training of our managers and workers with respect to professional
  • qualifications and responsibility at each workstation,
  • reasonable selection of suppliers and service providers,
  • ensuring a proper cooperation and improvement of processes within the entire system,
  • utilisation of modern equipment,
  • constant improvement of the processes carried out by our Company,
  • acquisition of new Customers and sales markets,
  • maintaining and perfecting of our Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 3834.

The entire personnel of I.M.C. know our Quality Policy and Quality Management System procedures very well and work in full compliance with their recommendations. The Company Management declare that they shall make every effort and provide the right resources to ensure that the Quality Policy is implement in its fullest extent. The responsibility for maintaining the Quality Management System lies with the Management Board, while the Representative, together with the entire personnel, is responsible for the implementation of the Quality Policy.
